Source: Gazprom raises bond offer to 40 bln rbl
MOSCOW, Dec 13 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom has raised the offer of 4-year exchange bonds with a variable coupon to 40 billion rubles, a financial source told PRIME on Wednesday.
The company initially planned to offer at least 30 billion rubles of the bonds. The coupon will amount to the RUONIA rate plus a spread, and the final spread’s guidance stands at 130 basis points.
The bonds carry quarterly coupons, and the technical placement was preliminarily scheduled for December 19.
Gazprombank, brokerage company Region, Bank DOM.RF, and Russian Agricultural Bank will act as the organizers of the placement, while the gas giant’s subsidiary Gazprom Capital will act as the issuer of the bonds.
